Why is there minimum information on each service or product?At our core, we believe in empowering our clients with knowledge. With resources like Google, YouTube, and ChatGPT readily available, basic and general information about many procedures can be easily found online. The videos shared on our website reflect what we believe to be accurate, thorough, and well-presented content. While we are not affiliated with the creators of these videos, we find their information valuable and aligned with our perspective. Our focus, however, goes beyond general explanations. We dedicate our time to discussing how we tailor treatments to address your unique concerns and achieve your desired results. This personalized approach ensures that you fully understand the applications and outcomes of our services.

Why do I have to pay a deposit?There are two types of deposits: 1. Office Deposit The office deposit is required to secure your appointment time and space. It is non-refundable in the case of a "no-show." However, if you reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be applied as a credit toward your treatment. 2. Sculptra Deposit Sculptra treatments require special preparation at least 6 hours prior to the appointment. Once reconstituted, the medication must be used within 72 hours; otherwise, it must be discarded. If you need to reschedule a Sculptra treatment, please notify the office immediately. Rescheduling is acceptable if the new appointment falls within 72 hours of the medication's preparation. If the rescheduled appointment is beyond the 72-hour window, the medication cannot be used, and your Sculptra deposit will be forfeited.

Where can I add my FAQs?FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
