There are two types of deposits: 1. Office Deposit The office deposit is required to secure your appointment time and space. It is non-refundable in the case of a "no-show." However, if you reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be applied as a credit toward your treatment. 2. Sculptra Deposit Sculptra treatments require special preparation at least 6 hours prior to the appointment. Once reconstituted, the medication must be used within 72 hours; otherwise, it must be discarded. If you need to reschedule a Sculptra treatment, please notify the office immediately. Rescheduling is acceptable if the new appointment falls within 72 hours of the medication's preparation. If the rescheduled appointment is beyond the 72-hour window, the medication cannot be used, and your Sculptra deposit will be forfeited.
