Case 1
Case 1: Reversal Plan for Mature Skin
This is an image of a 50-year-old face generated by AI, used as a reference for discussing her 3-month Reversal Plan. This individual has great overall skin texture and tone and her nose, chin, and hairline show moderate signs of aging. The upper face (forehead, glabella, and crow's feet) requires Botox to improve wrinkles and prevent static lines from deepening.
The skin on her eyelids shows sagging, resulting in a heavy appearance. A biostimulator is recommended to support her brow bone and open her eyes. Moderate laxity in her lower face and sagging fat pads accentuate nasolabial folds. Hollowing in the temples and preauricular regions (around the ears) and jowls affect her facial contour. Key treatments to address these issues include Sculptra® and Ultherapy®.
Face
First month:
-
Botox®: 50–60 units for the upper face (forehead, between brows, crow's feet), with optional application along the jawline and neck.
-
Preauricular regions (the hollow area before the ears and under the cheekbones):1 vial of Scuptra® for both sides
-
Around the eye area: 1 vial of biostimulator (PRF) to thicken skin
-
Lips: 1 vial biostimulator (PRF) to nourish the fat pads in the lips
Note: Botox® treatments should occur one week before other procedures.
Second and third month: Dosage adjustments will be determined based on pre-treatment feedback during follow-up consultations.
-
Preauricular regions: 0.5-1.5 vials of Scuptra® for both sides
-
Around the eye area: 0.5-1 vial of biostimulator to thicken the skin
-
Lips: biostimulator to maintain volume in fat pads.
Maintenance:
After completing the 3-month Reversal Plan, clients are advised to pause biostimulators and Ultherapy® for three months, except for Botox®, which should be administered every 4–8 months depending on metabolism.
Results typically become significant between 6–12 months, once we reach the new perceived age, maintenance session (1 vial of Sculptra) is recommended at 6~8 -month intervals or annually from the following year.

Case 2: Maintenance for Younger Skin
This is an image of a 30-year-old face generated by AI, characterized by excellent skin quality and minimal laxity. The only visible concerns include minor dynamic wrinkles under her right eye and slight thickening of the inferior jowl fat affecting facial contour. For a face like this, an annual maintenance regimen is recommended to preserve her youthful appearance.
